i don't know who needs to hear this but like, you're allowed to be kind of a stereotype. it's not, like, morally wrong or inherently thoughtless to do stereotypical things. it is neither better nor worse to be part of a trend vs part of a tradition, in and of itself. its like, boring *at worst*

personally i think "don't be boring" is a good little mantra but it is hilariously hard to live by in-all-things because, surprise surprise, humans tend to do the same things as each other and congregate with those who do as they do. stereotypes are just a shorthand for those moments heh

at most i think its good to be aware of the ways in which we are stereotypes not so that we can be all insecure and ashamed about it but so that we can be conscious of how we contribute to the trends & traditions we're a part of. both morally and like, for fun, its a creative opportunity

also probably worth stating that fear/disgust towards sex are not shameful emotions in and of themselves, they are normal too, its what you do with them that matters. process that shit! face what you fear with humanity and curiosity and it will make you a more whole person i think

it was fun talkin about old anime like the original gundam and how they convey like, the sense of a pilot being in a cockpit full of screens, but the screens/interior drop away to just show the space outside that would fill their perception. idk if i was successful at giving the same vibe but, goals
