Koei Tecmo reported records net profits and raised guidance for the fiscal year

Capcom Results • New records for all metrics • Net sales are up 49% to ¥120.9b (~$765m) • Operating profits are up 55% to ¥60.8b (~$385m) • Net profits are up 57% to ¥43.1b (~$270m) • Over 36.86m games sold (+55%) of which 92,4% are digital (-1,6 pts)

• Capcom note the strong performance of Onimusha: Way of the Sword (over 1.7m units) • Catalog sales were driven by Resident Evil titles including Resident Evil Requiem • The company highlight Dragon's Dogma 2: Dark Arisen, RE2-RE3-RE4 (NS2) and Monster Hunter Wilds (NS2)

Koei Tecmo Results • Sales are up 19% to ¥37.3b (~$240m) • Operating profits are up 47% to ¥11.7b (~$75m) • Net profits are up 38% to ¥18.6b (~$120m), new record • Sales exceeded forecast by 10%, net profits over double • Full FY forecast revised up by 20% for net profits

• Koei Tecmo sold 4.85m games in the last 6 months with North America as the leading region (1.68m games sold) • Digital sales ratio is down heavily from 83.1% to 52.9% (-30 pts) • Sales overseas ratio decreased to 70% (-2 pts)
