Placita

Thank you for trying Placita. We read every reply and message. Fixed since Saturday: sign-in on iPhones and slow phones, and place search now follows the map. Next: small fixes, faster importing & city guides beyond Barcelona! Y sí, pronto también en español. Es una placita, al fin y al cabo. 🇪🇸

Every public place on Placita has its own page. Anyone can open it, no account needed. Here's one: placita.app/p/rq43vcczw4...

Placita is open! Anyone with an Atmosphere account can sign in and save places. Import a list, add a tag and a note, and choose which places are public. Your places are records in your own account, not in our database. Early alpha. Tell us what breaks. placita.app

Small update from the Placita desk. We're in the home stretch. Not the finish line, the stretch before it. The part where you check everything twice and eat lunch at your desk. No date yet. We'll tell you when it's ready.

Quick question for the Barcelona crowd. What's the one place you always send visitors to, and never actually saved anywhere? Tell us below. We're collecting them for Placita.

You know that place you saved somewhere? Neither do we. We're building Placita: a home for places you want to go and places you want to keep. Starting in Barcelona, with city guides and recommendations from people you follow on the way. More soon. Fewer lost cafés.
