I've reached a point where I don't think it matters who is in the starting 11, or who we sign. Better players would help but the team will always attack in the same, slow, risk averse way that makes it incredibly difficult to break down disciplined teams.

Top teams are often disjointed after an int break so good to get the win. We do look less threatening in attack with Havertz. When it works it looks amazing but it rarely works against a well drilled defence. Gyokeres has his faults but we were more of a threat with him on the pitch last season.

Irony of the Mayfield injury is that we should have probably punted that away rather than go for it on 4th down.

This whole Bucs operation looks washed. Defence maybe marginally better today but overall just poor. Oh and on the final offensive play Mayfield looks to have seriously injured himself.

Plague Tale Resonance is everything I expected. Great world design, thoughtful characters and an engaging story. My one complaint is that the combat isn't always the best. Thankfully there isn't a huge amount of it.

Baker has been poor today but the defence hasn't been much better. Unable to stop the Bengals when needed.

Finished up Servant of the Lake. It's another great puzzle game from @rustylake.com with a weird minimalistic narrative that pulls you along. They really have nailed their puzzle design.

New Rusty Lake game is out, Servant of the Lake. Played the first day and it's great. The usual mix of fun puzzles with a side of weird.

Finished The Mermaid Mask. Brilliant game with a great story full of well realised characters that wraps up really well and scored by a very good soundtrack. It might even rank as one of my favourite games of all time.

Started playing The Mermaid Mask yesterday and it's just as good as I hoped it would be, a fitting sequel to Tangle Tower.
