This is my "quickie pho" recipe---I'm perfectly capable of making pho from scratch, but you roast the bones, load the crockpot, spend 24 hours, get 3 bowls of pho. There's easier ways! 🤭 Now I just simmer beef bone broth with pho spices (ginger root, anise, etc) with a TB of fish sauce. Yummy. 😋

Been feeling like my weekly sushi provider's quality is slipping so I went with Thai this week & ordered Shrimp Tom Kha & veggie rolls. Also a spider (soft shell crab) roll as a nod to my sushi habit. 🤭 Man. The Tom Kha is SUPERB! And really SPICY! 😋
