As tweeted, Working on something this week. Core functionality done. ✅ Payments working. ✅ What's left: making the experience feel as smooth opposite to the brutal output. Because if the tool is roasting your app listing, the UX better not be mediocre itself. Almost there... #buildinpublic #indiedev

Weekend update. Started a new product in TS. ✅Got payment flow working, session, webhook, credits. Took longer than expected but it clicked eventually. ✅Also built an AI integration that gives genuinely brutal feedback. Tested it on my own app. Regretted it immediately LOL. #buildinpublic #indiedev

Asked AI to roast my own app BillBud. Got back: "50+ installs isn't a user base. It's a small family gathering." Building something that does this for any app on Play Store or App Store. Coming very soon... #buildinpublic

Though I did not post very actively from little longer. But again gonna start my doubts and learnings. LOL And FYI, I have published a Latest release of BillBud. Not so active on making more features. But enhancing the experiences for sure. Download from Play Store. #buildinpublic #indiedev

Today is 13 june. Starting a new year of life. Although in last year i did not get all what i thought to crack on! But still came better than before. Many more to come in upcoming one!

Yesterday, i was thinking to build and ship a product faster focusing a small usecase. Ofc, gonna use React native for faster development. Also, got the usecase. Probably going to start its updates soon!!🫡

Even if you have 10 active users on your product, the most important part of the next features is, that should not impact the active ones. It took me 1 day to make some new features. And took 1.5 days to manage those for the active users Later on, going to start building another small cause product!

I did not realise that It has been 2 hours since I was updating the Play store listing for BillBud. Tried some creative listing ideas. Some more colours, better loops and designs.

I was just sitting and exploring apps which are having more than 100K active users. And i found most of those products out there are very clear solutions of basic problems. I think i should something like that! Will develop that in React Native.

The best way I've found to connect with founders, Be curious about what they're building. Almost every meaningful conversation I've had started with a question! Learn how they think, how they validate ideas, where they're stuck, and what actually moves the business forward. #buildinpublic #indiedev

Building BillBud taught me, the hardest part of building a product isn't the code. It's resisting the urge to add features nobody asked for. Every feature in BillBud exists because a real user complained about the problem. Constraint is a feature. #buildinpublic #productthinking

Someone on my feed just hit $10K MRR today. 10 months ago they had a gut feeling other devs were struggling with the same problem they were. So they built the thing they wished existed. The best products always start with "I wish this existed." #buildinpublic

Posted in a plumber subreddit last night asking what tools they actually use. Got roasted first. Fair enough. But then some said: "just curious what you wish existed that would save time each week" "please build a scheduling function" That's two real signals buried under the noise. #buildinpublic

One thing I've realized recently: Most product ideas don't fail because nobody wants them. They fail because nobody wants them enough to change their current behavior. Talking to users has made me think much more about habits and workflows than features. #buildinpublic

Finding a new place to move in while building on a side. Funny how changing your environment makes you notice things differently. A lot of productivity advice is about apps and systems, but lately I'm realizing how much physical space affects focus and execution. #buildinpublic

Moving to a new place while building a product on the side. Lesson: your environment affects your output more than your tools do. Setting up the space this week. Back to shipping next week. #buildinpublic

Some time back, I had an idea. Last month, I finally shipped it. Not because of a perfect plan, because I started implementing. I even told a few friends a random launch date just to finish. I guess building something is far more important than planning something perfectly. #buildinpublic #software

The weird part of building in public! People like your posts. Comment on your journey. Cheer on! But converting that attention into actual app users? Its never that easy! Still figuring out that gap with BillBud. #buildinpublic #androiddev

Got real answers today asking freelancers how they manage client files and approvals on Reddit. Notion. Trello. Google Drive. Email chains. One person literally built their own tool. Is is like, When someone builds a tool just for themselves, there's a product hiding there. #buildinpublic #indiedev

Yousician makes $700K/month teaching guitar. Duolingo makes $500M/year teaching languages. Neither invented the idea of learning apps. They just executed better in an existing proven market. BillBud isn't the first expense splitting app. But it doesn't need to be. #buildinpublic #androiddev

BillBud is live!🥳 BillBud is a free app to split bills, track shared expenses and settle up with friends. Built for every dinner, trip and outing where someone always ends up doing the math alone. Download link: play.google.com/store/apps/d...

Validation > Building. Before writing a single line of code for my next product, I'm spending this week just talking to people. Reddit threads, Bluesky, Twitter DMs, Cold emails. If 10 people don't say 'I need this' before I build, I'm not building it. #buildinpublic #indiedev

While shipping Billbud, one thing I realized about finance/productivity apps! there are thousands of apps in the market. But very few survive on people's home screens. Most products fail long before retention metrics. Trying to market BillBud with that in mind this time. BTW, Have you tried it yet?

For a product, the hardest part of starting isn't the building. It's deciding WHAT to build. Spent 2 weeks going back and forth on product ideas. Finally narrowing it down. #buildinpublic #indiedev

A good metro tour after launching your product hits different. The metro is going 10 km/h, and you're sitting there like it's business class.🙂‍↕️ Check out BillBud, by the way, if you haven't done it yet.

Launching BillBud was the easy part. Getting real people to actually use what you built that's the whole game. Built BillBud from scratch to solve one simple problem. The awkward money conversation after every dinner, trip and outing. Download Now! #BillBud #BuildInPublic

Most people talk about building. I’m also doing it. Currently working on my own product (BillBud) and sharing the journey as I go wins, mistakes, everything. If you're: building something, stuck on an idea or just curious how products go along with a 9 to 5. Let’s connect! #build #product #tech

So, When, I started building BillBud in 2024 (back then called Split). I wanted to add features to stand out and provide others are not providing. But I realized, it’s not about making the best product ever. It’s about building it your way, and solving the core problem first.

Then, I left it midway while chasing other works. But it never really left my head. Always felt like I needed to finish what I started. About a month ago, I picked it up again as a priority, not a side project. Reworked, refined the product, and pushed it closer to a real one.

Launched the BillBud waitlist yesterday. Still can't believe people are actually signing up for something I built from scratch. If you haven't joined yet, join to be notified when we launch. Link in the post! #BillBud

The waitlist for BillBud is officially open. Split bills. Track expenses. Settle up with friends. Built this for everyone who's tired of the awkward money conversation after every dinner, trip, or grocery run. billbud-waitlist.vercel.app

Splitting bills and expenses with friends shouldn't be this complicated. Introducing BillBud, a free and best alternative to Splitwise. Split expenses. Track dues. Settle up. All in one place. Built it from scratch. Giving it to you for free. Launching very soon. #Building #BillBud

Gathering emails for Beta testing of my product is more hectic then fixing production bugs. Stay tuned for this..... Add yours if you are interested to be in that;)

This year, I'm diving into bluesky. I'm planning to share all about my daily grind, the products I'm working on, and the whole wild ride of my journey. Think behind-the-scenes peeks and maybe even some epic fails. I can't wait to connect with you all and share what I'm passionate about. #bluesky

A glimpse of 2025🙂‍↕️ Started this year with hunger of opportunities. Ended it with products i wanted, skills in my hands, and lessons in my head. 2025 taught me that growth isn’t just about building. It’s more about curiosity, consistency, and learning.

Less go... on bluesky... Introducing me, as a software developer. I work on Android apps, Metaverse, and backends. Looking for some tech based connections. Let's connect and build something big together.

You are up to date.
