Anyone interested in trying out a parity dice game over the holidays? Looking for feedback. Parity Shift - a Risk/Reward Dice Game. I can provide 1-page rule sheet and a scoresheet.

3. Shooter's Gambit: a race game. Players try to build the highest ranked score by pressing their luck and rolling or banking their score before suffering a penalty. Once a player banks, all remaining player have one final turn. After each turn, players pay tokens to other players who scored better.

2. House Fund - All players contribute to a communal pot. Players roll to extract chips from the pot. Players can continue to roll subject to the rules, and may bank chips at any time, but can lose all 'extracted chips' on any roll. How far will you press your luck? Extract more than your opponents.

I have several more games if anyone is interested: 1. Pot Shot - each roll builds, or takes away, from a communal pot. Each player must roll at least once per turn, but may continue rolling subject to the rules. Pot is designed to increase over time. Roll 6-0 (all odd or all even) and win it all.

A new psychological study has found that people who report favorable views of Donald Trump also tend to score higher on measures of callousness, manipulation, and other malevolent traits—and lower on empathy and compassion. Color me UNsurprised.

Well, i tried to believe it into existence, but i failed. Mitch is not fully dead. Theists note the lack of effectiveness of belief in bringing things into existence.

When the votes are rigged for the midterms and everyone is wondering how the fuck that happened, trump will be well on his way to a 3rd term. America, you destroyed your country. And for what? You have been warned.

The tariffs were likely the biggest theft in history. Trump stole $60 billion from Americans, people he is supposed to rep. Create tariffs, 'force' businesses to charge more, then when ruled illegal, give about 60% back to the businesses. Billionaire stole $100 billion, Trump about $60 billion.

Andy Reid just said the good thing about Eric Bienemy's wife getting shot was that he'd get an opportunity to spend time with her. Is this where we are, America? Jeez.

I think I'm done with the world cup. So much corruption, it feels like a rigged tournament. Fairness must not only be done, it must be seen to me done. This tournament is all about back door deals. There is no transparency.

Go Belgium. The ONLY way to repair the damage done by the Trumphole and Infantile is for Belgium to win and end it as an issue...for now, at least. Infantile is going to have to answer for this eventually, if karma has anything to do with it.

Prayer has been proven to have zero effect on cancer patient outcomes. Those who pray and those who do not pray suffer the same fate. Either every prayer of every cancer patient has gone unheeded by their god, or that god does not exist. So, why pray? Is it for the false sense of security?

Republican politicians are scum. When dems tried to bolster fair elections with federal laws, the GOP said, "Elections are a state issue." Now they are trying to pass more restrictions on voting. Fuck the GOP. They talk out of both sides of their mouths. Willing liars and cheats. Fuck 'em all.

Just so everyone is clear. If you are waiting for the midterms to change things, there will be no midterms. And if they are, they will be compromised and untrustworthy. GOP let the devil out of his box.

So the DoJ is joining the suit to challenge CA redistricting, but it did not do so in TX. Blatant hypocrisy. I am so fucking sick of this bullshit, criminal administration. Fuck 'em all.

Crikey the cricket came into my life 1 day; 'twas a day like any other, save for Crikey. I noticed Crikey when he began to make noise one evening, incessant, annoying, noise. I shut my bedroom door to keep him sequestered in the living room, that lovable little bugger. I slept soundly that night...

Ah, but the world turns and each day is new, and different, than the last. Upon my return home that evening, I found Crikey had invaded my bedroom! What a prankster! I won't say I searched frantically for earplugs, even if I did and was successful, if only to avoid hurting ol' Crikey's feelings...

Like a zebra that can't change its spots, what's a cricket to do? Yes, there was a tomorrow in this story, yet another wilderness experience with adorable Crikey. This time, he was back in the living area...

We played a fun game that night where I tried to drown out Crickey's infernal racket by playing iTunes songs at full volume. I was losing. But then came the mistake; the regrettable, yes fatal, error; Crikey showed himself out in the open...

Perhaps our camaraderie over the last few days had dulled his senses, or caused him to let down his guard, but there he was, in full splendor, sitting on my kitchen floor. Perhaps we were friends? I crushed that motherfucker!

I was back at 26 Federal Plaza today, where an ICE agent violently threw this bereft woman to the ground in front of her kids. She had not touched him. She did not pose any threat. She had to be taken to the hospital. (🎥: Elias Eliahu)

Should we mourn for Charlie Kirk? He lived/died in the America he wanted - where anyone could buy a gun of any description & carry it around. Once said unfortunate gun deaths were "worth it" to have 'freedom'. Yesterday, he became one of those unfortunate deaths, the cost of the freedom he wanted.
