Being manic, even hypomanic, is weird. Outsiders are like "Wow, excess energy and you only sleep like 4 hours a night? You must get so much done!" Yeah, no. I'm awake 20 hrs a day but I also have like negative executive function so I spend 18 of those hours scrolling my phone and/or watching videos.
