The life cycle for psyraps is linear and mortal, beginning as an egg and growing into maturity. They typically die before reaching the older stages due to their violent, balls to the wall nature. They never stop growing, but the growth becomes more negligible the more advanced their stage is.

Psyraps have 10 total age groups called Stages. Nug = fetus Kho = infant (egg) Bam = toddler Trip = child Scrap = preteen Crude = teenager Fell = young adult Wrought = middle aged Loom = old adult Echo = elderly They typically share the world with other races since they evolved to hunt sophonts.

Most popular good psyraps trade FOR is anything they struggle to farm or store themselves, even with dexterous slaves. This is going to be plant based goods such as hops, weed, tobacco, cocaine, etc. The most unpopular is carnivorous livestock, as psyraps struggle to share their precious meats.

Psyraps trade both goods and services. Between themselves they trade raw materials, body parts, drugs, booze, ammunition, eggs, and slaves. They frequently offer sex as a form of transaction for simple items. The closest they have to stable currency is canned meat and cocaine leaves. #nsfw

Psychoraptors do not have a universal currency, so outside of robbery, bartering is the only trade psyraps know. They commonly trade away horns, pelts, slaves, sex, and extermination services in return for booze, drugs, weapons, armor, and living toys. #nsfw

Lair sizes are dependant on the power of the scourge as well as the environment. Typically they will try to claim the largest and sturdiest structures where their core nest can be nestled deep within and the members settle around in their own nooks with their favorite partners and/or spoils.

A wrecked bus or ship, an abandoned prison or hospital, a cave entrance or large burrow, a sieged castle or mansion - anything they can claim by force. The only housing they don't bother commandeering is those in trees, underwater, too small for their bodies, or too weak to withstand roughhousing.

Psyrap homes are called lairs and they prefer them spacious and spartan. They are almost always appropriated in raids but sometimes the lair was a long abandoned structure. Either way the lairs are rarely built by psyrap hands as they evolved for destruction rather than construction.

Psyraps don't have the finesse to be spacefarers, those that do make it on a ship typically do so as cargo (prisoner, captive, slave, or maybe even stowaway). They wouldn't do very well in such a small space, and are too likely to hunt the crew if given the chance.
