I don't think he's ruining anything. I DO think he's a thin skinned loud mouth though.

Pat McAfee: 'New York Times always saying it! 'This a**hole is shirtless at 9:02 a.m. Eastern!' Sorry, Coach. I'm ruining the whole sport; I'm ruining the whole sport because of this."

Sturgill Simpson killed it tonight. No opener. Came on stage at 8 and said hello. Rocked hard for three straight hours. Said goodnight at 11, and walked off to applause. An A+ rock n roll show.

This is an excellent interview. I've been off Spotify for about four years now, and their answers largely reflect why I am. And no judgment at all on them for going back. It shows how hard it is out there for independent musicians.

For @npr.org I chatted with Sylvan Esso about their decision to return to Spotify one year after pulling their catalog in protest of Daniel Ek’s ties to Helsing.

The new Grand Tour is fantastic. It's obviously impossible to replace Clarkson-Hammond-May, but the new trio is genuinely funny and have great camaraderie. I've been a big fan of Throttle House for years, and Francis fits in with them like a glove.

Fringe in Edinburgh is wild. In the last two days we've seen shows in a traditional comedy club, a circus tent, a shipping container, a literal cave, and a five-hundred seat theater. It's been an absolute delight so far.

We've really been enjoying our time in London, but damn, not only do these people not believe in AC, they apparently have a ban on ventilation as well. It's gorgeous out, but every museum, pub, or restaurant is stuffy AF. 😂

The first season of Ted Lasso was charming and what we needed at the time. Every episode since has been insufferable and I had to stop watching. Since the new season started though every time I boot up my TV there he is in an ad staring me in the face with his big stupid mustache. Ted must die.

Big win for the Courage tonight. Back to back clean sheets after a rough few games is definitely a nice way to right the ship. Having both Bell and Jacobs back has been MASSSIVE.

I'm glad the Noah Kahan show at Carter Finley is AFTER the Guns N Roses show that's also at Carter Finley that I'm going to tomorrow.
