CLIFFTONIC_ARTS

I should be more active on here for my mew years resolution.

Bit late to the party for this guy but here's another entry for #mythologymonday. It's Santa Claus, I feel like he needs no introduction. For this design I tried to go back to older traditional figures like father Christmas or St. Nicholas.

When I was originally creating GRIGORIAN this was my first character I designed. Rebecca Leuites is next to get a full character bible. I can’t wait to show you what is in store! #GRIGORIAN #oc #artmoots

Anyone know any good rendering techniques that give off the style of old-school OVAs? I really like the style of shading they use and I feel like I can't ever get it. It always comes off muddy when I do it.

My goofy ahh comic is heavily inspired by a lot of things but I think weird Japanese stuff like warioware, ridiculous movies like airplane and old school CN are the biggest influences.

What's up blue sky people. Finally finished this last week. Like I said before these characters are for a more ambitious project I'd like to work on in the future. Let me know what y'all think!

Just in time for a late night mythology Monday on a Tuesday post, we have Callisto Legend goes Zues had an affair with her and conceived a child with her. When Hera found out Zues transformed Callisto and her son into bears. This is the origin of Ursa Major and Ursa Minor. #constellation #greekmyth

Who knew those old school goths were still around! #comic #webcomic #goth #historyjokes #brokenbonesclub

See a cat, post a cat! 🐈

What's good blue sky people! Finally colorized a strip! #Intrusivethoughts #brokenbonesclub

There exist only a handful of green areas in the sundered lands. Among them is a veritable sanctuary that many flock to for promise of peaceful life and salvation from the horrors of the wastelands. A goddess in flesh lives at the edge of the world and cultivates the land. #art #artsky #ocsky

I really need to post on here more. Sorry for the dry spell. 😅

I’m not doing anything Halloween-ish today, but I did make some funny edits on tumblr.

I really like angels. I think they're really mysterious. #Seraphim #seraph #angel #mythology #Christianity #Judaism

Anyone have a paranormal experience like this? #aliens #ufos #therapy

Beetlejuice as Beetlejuice....I don't wanna type their name a 3rd time bc idk which one might show up. Happy Halloween y'all.

Happy Halloween, Blue Sky. Gonna continue some myth posts. Today's entry is Pazuzu. He was considered the king of demons and spirits in Sumerian/Babylonian lore. Despite his poor reputation today due to Hollywood, he was actually seen as a protective entity. #mythology #theexorcist #demons #occult

Goofy ahh marvel characters. #comics #marvel

The snallygaster is an underrated cryptid imo. Did you know Theodore Roosevelt tried hunting one of these things down? #americanfolklore #cryptids #cyrptozoology

Here's my design from Ishtar, the goddess of love and war from Mesopotamia. Let me know what y'all think.

Following up Gilgamesh is the oldest known sidekick and companion Enkidu #mythology #sumeria #characterdesign

and some BUG sketches

Hey, it’s the 7/11 dragon!

Does anyone have any sources for rending color and light? Rendering has always been a weakness of mine and I want to keep improving.
