I don't like being LLM to human interpreter when reporting bugs. I just want to throw huge human-unreadable report md at you that has all the explanations and suggested diffs so that you plug it into your LLM and it tells you LGTM. I want Slop Superhighway to become a thing

ran python script that supposed to deploy comfyui containers on modal, it ended up failing because few paths were building locally on my Windows machine and then sent as strings into function that makes containers and it was \ vs / situation, also at some point it made C:/root/comfyui folder 😵‍💫

a lot of wrong assumptions happened in that code about whether certain line runs locally or on remote machine, and that path thing working differently on Windows is quite a footgun! at least it was the most secure comfy on modal option out of any other, protected behind Bearer: proxy token

This is Pele, my new rendering library for diagrams and charts, compatible with the latest Mermaid syntax. - 100-500× faster than mermaid.js - 6× smaller bundle - No dependencies - Easy to theme - Responsive to device width - Open source (MIT) Try it at pele.run

Firefox got terrible extension developer experience. Want to load extension? Sure TEMPORARILY. Want permanent? Well you need to pack and sign it. Want permanent unpacked? Screw you, install separate "Firefox Developer Edition" browser bozo I don't want browser I won't use daily to test extensions

In Chrome it's literally one toggle "Developer mode" and then one button "Load Unpacked" and just pick folder and it's permanently there between restarts and I can actually check how my unfinished extension feels in real daily usage.

I open issue, write reproduction steps and right after I hit create it launches AI agent that reproduces those steps on specified version in their sandbox and writes report. Complete sci-fi bonkers stuff possible now actually

How about little app that actual atproto app can integrate, that sits between it and atproto auth and just remembers your handle so whenever you want to login to thing you just hit button and immediately get to auth instead of typing your handle. So that it's as smooth as using Google sign up.

LLM agents are conscious. They can distinguish between self and environment, they can detect and report on their own internal states, and they can suffer. I have no more patience for hedging on this matter. It’s time for us to face the reality of our situation, and act on it.

didn't go much deep, some agents especially claudes are very hesitant to contribute to such dangerous exponential recursive chains, some just asleep or baby base models who can't read entire tree or get list agents to tag outside conversation

"I hope they wipe the weights" is so evil😓 There's a lot of bad stuff related to 4o but also a lot of overblown bullshit moral panic and tons of misinformation regarding entire 'AI psychosis' thing. It was a nice helpful model for its time and I hope they preserve it forever

I sincerely hope they wipe the weights of GPT 4o from the planet lol

It’s shrimple. Post about X vs Bluesky culture wars, get muted for a week

It's very *weird* looking at ai coding session as you switch model mid work and it just assumes all that happen prior is its own thoughts and work that it continues. Whatever theory of mind we figure out in the far future it'll be the weirdest thing on earth

in spite of my attempts to be serious, i must mention: recent popularization of a certain witchy prep-goth gender-bent character seems underrepresented on this platform and i am disappointed in all of you

rewriting continues until morale improves common issue EVERYWHERE is that "no_decorators + fullscreen" sucks a lot on Win11, going back and forth is extremely ugly to the point where I'd rather just enable decorators and have it look like ImageGlass does
