I do appreciate that the Z-Patrol is consistently the bad guys. Or at least, the system that needs resisting. They're the only folks rolling up to the dance off with guns and not-cop-car jeeps and not-cop lights. They've never been shown sympathetically or had a dance off, or anything so far.
