Yesterday I saw a vid on Marx-related ideas and when it came to Central Planning of the Economy, they used WALMART and AMAZON as the successful examples to model from 😂. Am I missing something here?

Riddle For Our Times: You are trapped in an asylum; everyone (including you) thinks that THEY are the one who knows how to get out. But only one person actually knows. How do you find this person?

Re-binge-watching Black Mirror is now my comfort zone. Ahh... 😅we were so naive back then (#nostagliederNaivität)

Having failed at learning from the Past, perhaps we should start learning from the Future.

Sorry Wim, but you're a douchbag like the rest of 'em.

Using social media is also shopping, indirectly, I just realized. Me out.

Listening to the soundtrack of the movie Tenet. Feels like that is where the world is right now.

Someone needs to go to a Demo with a jacket made of dildos 😆 www.closertotheedge.net/p/the-dildo-...

Happy Sanctified Love Bombing Day everyone!

I can NOT remember what I did last Christmas... and I consider that to be a good thing. What's wrong with me?🫠😂

We are all Inigo Montoya right now.

Anyone seen the new Frankenstein? Could also be called 'Origin of the Yeti' :)

Population of Germany, 1933: 65,000,000 Population of U.S.A., 2025: 348,000,000 Just remember, it takes a LOT of widespread compliance and pure fanatical loyalty to enforce a Totalitarian regime. And there are already BIG CRACKS in its shaky foundation.

Does anyone write poems using NYT crossword clues?

I have to fly to that place between Mexico and Canada. I keep having this idea to glue the Bill of Rights to my laptop screen. The border control will have to physically tear it up, if they intend to violate the First Amendment.

Refering to the US here: I never thought I'd be advocating for a Two-Party System, but here we are. One Party means no more democracy, so yes! let's keep at least one other option!

Violence is the first and last resort of the Stupid and Uncreative. It achieves no political end whatsoever, and generally makes things worse. Need proof? If you believe T faked his own shooting, or just think it was likely/possible, then you must be able to see how this gives them more power...

We're at a level of collective self-awareness We're not quite qualified to be at Like 7 billion flight attendants Marginally managing to fly 1 plane, We're nervous about our shared digital dominion Those 6,999,999,999 other hands on the Collective Controller Console

The convicted felon in the White House just released a triple murderer from prison - because he could. The criminals in this administration won’t get away with this. Their day will come. #DemVoice1 www.newsweek.com/dahud-hanid-...

Aug 5th on Aug 5th Random Jazz: I picked up a strangely-tuned guitar in my flat, put one finger on one fret on one string and strummed. It turned out the chord was what's known in Jazz as a Maj 7th Aug 5th chord. I turned around in my seat, the calendar on the wall suddenly starring at me...

Won't be satisfied with A.I. until I see a Trunp Administration / Cats The Musical mashup.

Random Hope: I hope I'm wrong but I kind of think deputizing any Rando in Camo is a Declaration of Civil War.

Turnip creates States of Emergency to consolidate power. The ultimate one is a war. I always worried he would go that way despite the 'vote Turnip for peace' movement. The power the Bush Administration had after the start of the Iraq War was simply too great for Turnip to ignore for long.

Just to add a little spice to our Daily Dystopia: The Church of Scientology... 1. ...will end up being for or against Turnip? 2. ...will get bigger or smaller as the US crumbles? 3. ...other

Random prediction: Future Slang will evolve based on its ability to show you're not AI. Like a language based on illogical associations only human emotions can process. Can't quite imagine it yet, maybe it'll come to me in a dream of electric sheep 😁. Hopefully we'll still have emotions.

Random Thought To American Weed Smokers Remember how toking has never been decriminalized at the federal level? & that's why dispensaries do "cash only"? But customers still need ID's, and every purchase is kept on file? & how the Tr Admin (ab)uses federal power? See where I'm going with this?

God himself is thanking me! Thanks, God! bsky.app/profile/godp...

🌱 Strange visitor this morning: A mallard flew all the way up to the fifth floor, apparently just to sunbathe in one of the plant boxes in front of my kitchen windows.

I started feeding two crows out my window back in the lockdown days... it eventually got to this point. www.youtube.com/shorts/GPNI3...
