Randy Stone

I put my heart and soul into this collection. I bet you'll love it too!

I wanna colour the hell out of this book so please back it now!

New DEADCRUMB update is out. Bragging about the pull quote we got from @alexsegura.com and plugging @asawheatley.bsky.social's Sagas of the Shield Maiden and @lonewolfcomics.bsky.social's Night Wolf! kickstarter.com/projects/altruistcomics/deadcrumb/posts/4837043

Well, we lost a backer, but at least I get to post "nice".

70 backers and just over 9 days to go. Let's inch our way up to triple digits!

Back today at www.kickstarter.com/projects/alt...

Finally, if for some reason you don’t like gritty crime noir, you can pick up other Altruist Comics books via the digital bundle, or shopping bag, allowing you to choose anything from our existing catalogue.

For the art lovers, Simone has offered up a select few commission spots, as well as two where he will illustrate the cover to YOUR comic. This is an incredible opportunity for some custom art by a true master!

For the collector minded, there are SILVER FOIL variants for each cover. Limited to a print run of 10 each with several gone already, be sure to grab one while you can.

Let’s highlight the rewards available in the Deadcrumb Kickstarter. As always, you have a choice between DIGITAL and PRINT copies. For physical backers, you’ve got the added option of Covers A & B – or both!

Hey, I know that guy!

Guests at the November 8 Vancouver Comic Con: @randystone.bsky.social, @johnward.bsky.social, Michael Kluckner, @amittishler.bsky.social, @lifethenecropolis.bsky.social, @justinheggs.bsky.social, @epworonko.bsky.social, @wharfingerspress.bsky.social, and @megaphonemagazine.com

DEADCRUMB is a 48 page noir from @guglie.bsky.social, @willcoronapilgrim.bsky.social, @letteringbear.bsky.social, @randystone.bsky.social and me! We've reached our initial goal of a black and white release, but we're on the path for adding graytones and colour! www.kickstarter.com/projects/alt...

We've got a hill to climb to the first stretch goal, but the result will be the addition of moody greytones to the art. Check out DEADCRUMB: www.kickstarter.com/projects/alt...

I just backed DEADCRUMB: double sized prestige collection of gritty shorts on @Kickstarter www.kickstarter.com/projects/alt...

Just backed! DEADCRUMB: double sized prestige collection of gritty shorts www.kickstarter.com/projects/alt...

Just backed DEADCRUMB: double sized prestige collection of gritty shorts on #kickstarter. An archivist catalogs moments of human darkness, examining their fractured lives and exposing noir stories of tension and moral breaks.

As a big fan of @guglie.bsky.social, of course I just backed DEADCRUMB: double sized prestige collection of gritty shorts on @kickstarter.com www.kickstarter.com/projects/alt...

Hi guys, my buddy @guglie.bsky.social is running a Kickstarter for his new noir comic…and it looks EPIC! So, do me a favour help spread the word for him (seriously he is good people) check it out and if its looks like your cup of tea…back it! www.kickstarter.com/projects/alt...

Criminal is the comp we've been referencing most, so I'm humbled that the master would even look at a project I'm associated with (although honestly, it's all Simone and the gang).

Guys, this has stalled out a bit since yesterday morning. Can I trouble everyone to LIKE and SHARE this project?

A new update for funding DEADCRUMB. Also spotlighting @aaronthompson.bsky.social's Nothing Stays Buried and Wes Hartman's Savage Sasquanaut. www.kickstarter.com/projects/alt...

We're just a couple backers away from hitting our funding goal for DEADCRUMB. At this point, the awesome comic you'll get is just a bonus. Do it for the thrill of helping the Kickstarter succeed! ;) www.kickstarter.com/projects/alt...

This book looks great.

Go back DEADCRUMB now so I can get to colour more @sguglielmo.bsky.social art!

1/3rd of the way there already!

This is a great book and I can't wait to see it come together. Please consider SHARING the link below and push this straight to the stretch goals!

With only ten copies of each being printed, these are already starting to go. Pick up a limited edition silver foil cover variant of either Cover A or Cover B. www.kickstarter.com/projects/alt...

I know we've got another 4 weeks, but I'd really like to hit the initial goal today (we're in striking distance to do so). Then it's all about the stretch goals to get this booked toned or even coloured.

DEADCRUMB is ALIVE! Pick up @sguglielmo.bsky.social's spaghetti noir anthology that examines the darkness within people's lives. Joined by Will Corona Pilgrim, @letteringbear.bsky.social & @jpjordan.bsky.social, this double sized, prestige format squarebound comic will look great on your shelf!

Help these creators fund the project and get an amazing crime comic for your enjoyment! Back DEADCRUMB at www.kickstarter.com/projects/alt...

Of course, @randystone.bsky.social put in the work of building the Kickstarter so that the team can focus on creating this amazing book.

It’s a common belief at Altruist HQ that @letteringbear.bsky.social should letter every comic, but with his ever growing list of credits like Chachu, Doom Patrol, Harley Quinn, Blue Beetle…, we’re just happy he’s willing to carve out some time to collaborate again.

You’ve seen his work on Star Trek, Gargoyles, Sink Your Teeth In, and others, but we want to see more Deadcrumb from @jpjordan.bsky.social, whose additional tones or colours will come from hitting the stretch goals.

With a background in creative development, Will is known for his work at Marvel Studios and the action/horror short film No Touching. He brings the noir flare, assisting Simone with dialogue on the book.

Creator spotlight! Starting with the main man, @sguglielmo.bsky.social is a veteran creator who has drawn books for Image (Near Death, Over My Dead Body), Titan (Breakneck), and more. Altruist fans will know him from his writing, with two shorts appearing in the Crime Pays anthology.

Can Google predict the future? Back the soon-to-be Eisner nominated comic series (there are plenty more stories if this does well) at www.kickstarter.com/projects/alt...

Surely we can find three more backers and hit 50.

Serious question: How do you see a preview image like this and NOT immediately go and back it? Aside from being broke (I feel you), it's a slam dunk, right? At the very least, I'm sure it's worth a LIKE and SHARE. ;) www.kickstarter.com/projects/alt...

Let's go!!!!!

Okay, it's silly, but I'm SUPER proud of this mockup I created for the perfect bound book. Check out that little crease down along the spine. No "PSD Mockups" for this guy. Anyways, back this book and I'm sure the REAL thing will be even better ;)
