Tragic but not all that shocking once you look at the last 10 years for Bioware. Andromeda, followed by Anthem, followed by Veilguard. The only really shocking part is that they didn't get to finish the WIP Mass Effect before getting shut down. I wonder if any meaningful progress was made on that

Honestly pretty funny seeing the rest of gaming catch up with the crushing disappointment of seeing that a large number of new long-awaited translations are MTL. VNs have been dealing with this basically since the advent of "good enough" en-masse MTL becoming available.
