over the weekend I built Daily a lil menubar app for quickly viewing my daily markdown notes free & open source. enjoy :)

say hello to Inspobot!! you can now tag @bot.inspo.land on any post, and it will save the link to your boards and publish it on atproto!! happy inspo gathering!

You can sign up for @inspo.land with your bluesky account! under the hood it creates a new private PDS using bsky for auth still a bit finicky sometimes, so lmk if you run into any issues!

excited to see all the cool projects thrive and to bring my version of a private data pds to the atmosphere! we can just do things!🪿

Introducing @inspo.land - a place to collect, share, and discover inspiration its like Pinterest or Cosmos, but built on the open social web now in early alpha preview for this weekend

Under the hood, Inspo is doing something new. It uses ATProto for publicly shared boards, but also allows for private data stored in your own personal PDS, built on top of the @basic.tech protocol. I’ll be sharing more details about how the two protocols integrate soon.

excited to chat more about bringing private data to atproto and interoperable protocols! I am literally at the airport on my way to #atmosphereconf now!

new sidequest coming soon really excited for this one, it'll be my first real app built on top of atproto! stay tuned :)

I've made a lot of progress since last year, excited to share more soon! would love to chat with others who are interested in a PDS for private data, related projects, etc who should I speak to?

As part of preparing for #ATmosphereConf in Vancouver March 2026, we're republishing the videos from Seattle March 2025, along with transcripts. Here's @raz.lol with a talk on Extending ATproto for private data.

shower thought classical computing was game changer because it could do things humans could never, or ever be able to do - like process billions of calculations in a second llms are game changer because they can do things classical computers could never do, like understand language, write, etc...

wip prototype for a side quest a react library for card-based grid layouts, with keyboard navigation

software by definition should be malleable. pliable. should conform like clay. soft and moldable, in your own hands

today is my birthday! so i made a new kind of app for personal reflective journaling free, localfirst, and open source - enjoy :)

introducing tsk - a cozy task manager & calendar started this side quest with my friend almost two years ago. finally decided to finish it and publish it. try it now: tsk.lol - no signup required - local-first with sync - open source & free or learn more below

tsk is open source. you can contribute to it, learn from it, fork it to make it your own :) i want people to see how fun it is to build personal software. check it out & let me know what you think. if you're curious about building on Basic, reach out!

the schedule aims to give you a holistic view of your day, trying to answer the question "what does my day look like today?" it also acts like a historical archive, so you can see your schedule evolve over time.

tsk is local-first. stores all data locally, then syncs automatically in the background. that means: no loading spinners, instant UI, works offline, syncs to all my devices. built on @basic.tech - a platform for building personal software. tsk has no backend or servers.

the core idea: tasks only get done if they're scheduled on the calendar. tasks are things to be done, and anything that needs doing needs a time to be done at. in tsk, when you work on a task or mark it complete, that activity gets logged to the calendar.

playing around with gemini 3 for UI generation & very impressed so far! its really good at creating polished ui that actually works in one try but also far less variation in design than sonnet, given the same prompts

only 51 days left in 2025 im spending the next couple weeks finally finishing up & launching all of the projects, side quests, and experiments I worked on this year! launching something new every week :) the great winter wrap up begins today

UIs are dying. Buttons, dropdowns, dashboards — all getting replaced. Agents are the new interface. So what does the internet look like when we stop building screens? 🧵👇🏾

If you’ve ever asked: – How will we talk to software in 5 years? – Can the web be more alive? – What does post-UI even mean? Then you should hack with us. Shape the future.

So let’s build it together. ⚡️ Speaking with Machines Hackathon 🗓 June 21st, 8AM PT 📍 Virtual 🎯 Only one rule: DON'T build (traditional) UIs.

Imagine interacting with the web through voice, video, memory — not HTML. An agent knows you. It talks like you. And it acts on your behalf. But we’ve barely scratched the surface of what this future looks like…
