I've been self-reflecting and I've come to realise how toxic and rude I've been the past few weeks. Although I'm not making excuses, I need to recognise the common factors that lead to this shameful behaviour so I can most effectively tackle them. I'm sorry everyone; I will do better. Love you all<3
