I did think it was a weird detail that Penny worked at a cheesecake place and they never* ordered cheesecake *in like the first couple of series

Nothing like getting the last park & ride space and arriving bang on time for the fast train to Edinburgh, without checking any timetables. Might buy a scratchcard later.

The things that can be achieved when you don't need to shout "Shoes!" five times at a pair of kids before leaving the house.

Found some keys next to the STV building in Glasgow, so handed them in at the desk. Hope they finish tonight's news bulletins with a quick "Whose keys are these?"

Sometimes I think Gen X gets a bad rep on here. But then I had to listen to Ride on Time in the supermarket the other day, so maybe we're not harsh enough.

Have been re-playing RDR2 lately, so I did a search for posts about it from people I follow. Let me tell you, those who liked the game maybe posted about it once or twice. Those who didn't seem to have posted about it endlessly.

Not a fan of these generous descriptors in the diary room bits. Maya Jama putting her name to a range of eyemasks doesn't qualify her as a entrepreneur, and Richard E Grant have a couple of autobiogs doesn't mean he's an author. #TheTraitors

Fingers crossed that (a) James Acaster is selected as a traitor, and (b) the other traitor is surprise last-minute addition Rhod Gilbert #TheTraitors.

This article is pure unadulterated hoseposting. The btl comments are just endless "I am from the past and everything on TV now is worse than when I was a kid"

Thinking of the UK places I know with non-obvious pronunciation, then seeing if there's somewhere in the US named after it. Sadly there's no Loughborough I can find in the US, but there's a lake of that name in Canada. The guy in this video says "Lowbro", which tbh is catchier.
