RedPandaOK!

Hi! I'm Michał, the solo dev behind Red Panda OK 🐾 It's a cozy RPG about a brave little red panda and Blip, its tiny scout. You pick the skills, the panda fights, and every route opens up a bit more of the trail. Say hi, what are you making? #gamedev #indiedev #cozygames

No more jogging. The panda now keeps full run speed all the way to the next battle. #gamedev #indiedev

Soft glow. Slow wings. Lantern Moth is one of the quieter locals on the trail. Friend or fight? #gamedev #indiedev

Those floating stairs in the Tower are gone. The Entrance Hall wall is now one carved facade, lamp niches and all. Did you spot them before? #ScreenshotSaturday #indiedev #gamedev

Battles run at 1x or 2x. Same battle math either way. Defeat is still on the table, so the build still matters. #gamedev #indiedev #cozygames

Three skill refreshes per story. The build resets. Scout, coins, journal, and energy stay with you. #gamedev #indiedev #cozygames

Blip does not just scan anymore. In Tower and Arena, Blip fights right beside you. #gamedev #indiedev

Meet the Crystal Slime. Shiny, wobbly, and a lot tougher than it looks. #gamedev #indiedev #cozygames

Red Panda OK is a cozy RPG about a small red panda on a long trail. You pick the skills, the panda fights, and every route opens up a bit more of the world. Built in public, new clips every week. #gamedev #indiedev #cozygames

Still building in public. This week on the trail: a smoother Lucky Chest open and a festival prize reveal getting its polish pass. #gamedev #indiedev #cozygames

Cleared a route? The panda walks it for you. Finished routes auto-travel, so you get back to the new stuff fast. #gamedev #indiedev #cozygames

You can now actually feel the Lucky Chest open. It rattles, the light climbs from gold to purple, then the lid pops on its hinge. How long should the build-up be before the pop? #ScreenshotSaturday #indiedev #gamedev

Long trail. Small panda. One day at a time, one fork at a time. #ScreenshotSaturday #gamedev #indiedev

Three stars per chapter. Clear it, beat the boss within 10 turns, finish above 70% HP. Which star do you chase first?

It does not walk the trail. It rolls it. Rolling Golem: mossy stone, one glowing eye, zero brakes.

Soft light. Hard forks. Camp first, then the next day on the trail.

Fourteen skills. One pocket build. Which would you lock first on day one: offense, guard, or mend?

Little paws. Big adventure. Trail notes live at redpandaok.com. Come peek while we keep shipping.

Still building in public. Recent trail work: Store polish, weapon level cards, and Blip learning to fight beside you.

Clear a route. The hub opens wider. Act I unlocks are earned by finishes, not by scrolling menus.
