What is the best way to track what users do on your WordPress site? For me, an activity log should show who did what and when, with enough detail to investigate a change. When several people manage a site, that history helps you review everyday work and understand unexpected changes.

You can track users being created, deleted, or given a different role. For users with elevated permissions, we also record successful logins, password changes, email changes, and application-password activity.

That includes application passwords being created, revoked, or used for the first time. Login events include the IP address and browser. This sits alongside content edits, plugin updates, and changes to key settings. Search and the Who filter help you find changes made by a particular person.

The PHP security release is out. Which of your sites need it? Ask your AI: "Which of my sites need today's PHP security release?" Scanfully's MCP server checks every site's PHP version and answers in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or VS Code. Read only by default.

There was yet another supply chain attack for a popular WordPress plugin inside a week. First, RankMath, now Updraft. So, let's make this as tangible as I can without diving into tutorials and technical writeups.

With our v2.0 relaunch this week, we made sure we're not only just keep checking those conditions as the site changes, but we also log better and more complete and connected to other events.

If you’ve been meaning to check us out, or haven’t yet, create an account today and run Scanfullya free for 14 days, no charge, and see how we help you keep your site healthy and in check.

A successful launch check only describes a WordPress site at that moment. Because, you know, a plugin update, certificate renewal, or changed DNS record can alter what worked yesterday.

Scanfully 2.0 is an entire overhaul of the dashboard and its design, but we've also added a few features. My favorite is the MCP and API that live underneath, and using this MCP saves me an enormous amount of time.

You can now ask your favorite AI anything about any of the data points that exist inside Scanfully. I had a few sites that weren't sending emails properly, so I asked it this:

My guess was not fully accurate, but I got the information I needed. And... I now know where to ask the follow-up questions. This saved me so much

When we were building the Scanfully 2.0 dashboard, we focused not only on making the dashboard a much nicer place to find all your WordPress site health, performance, and content health but also on how you're being notified more effectively.

Clients and labels. Organize sites by client, environment, or maintenance arrangement. Use those groups to filter your sites and define which sites receive particular notifications.

Account-wide notifications. Configure notifications across your account, with selected sites, clients, or labels and exceptions where needed. Group related alerts, set quiet hours, receive daily digests, and snooze alerts during planned work.

Each monitoring screen now opens with the current status and what to do next. New insights highlight response time changes, overlapping page failures, and WordPress activity around downtime.

You can save site views and switch between sites without leaving the monitoring screen you’re using. Light and dark themes, improved keyboard navigation, clearer contrast, and screen reader support round out the redesign. Alongside the new dashboard, we’ve added:

A WordPress page can feel slow because the browser is waiting for text. Yup, that's correct. Not for the server or the database or the PHP response... Waiting for text...

Why? Well, remote fonts can add DNS lookups, TLS negotiation, extra requests, and delayed rendering. This is why font strategy matters. Self-hosting, font-display, fallbacks, preloading, and file discipline all shape perceived speed. Learn browser-level performance:
