I've been in a pain-induced fugue state for like three days now and after what my dr said at my last visit it seems like it just going to keep getting worse until my surgery. 🫩 I'm... exhausted.

Well, a few ppl asked what's wrong: There's a giant hole in my tooth because my filling broke off, and it took a giant chunk of my real tooth attached to it with it. My tooth is completely cracked right along the seam of the filling and it needs a crown. 🫠 The dentist quoted me around $2.5k for it.🪦

So I learned I have Non-24-hour sleep-wake disorder, which finally answers the question on what the fuck is wrong w my sleep, and the simple solution is to get prescription medication for it or try out melatonin. So guess I'm adding melatonin to my cocktail of other medications. 🫠

Going on a little over 3 weeks now of fighting with getting sleep and I'm kind of losing my chill a little ngl. I am fucking exhausted and I've been running on fumes. I have zero appetite and I'm in constant pain. Also I lost a couple pounds in the last month because of it. 🥲 Bro...

Getting your foreskin back is gender affirming care.

I love taking classes right now but the one thing that I really despise about needing to be a functioning person in the outside world is I can not take my prescription pain medication when I have to interact w normal human beings, and my sleep disorder makes things infinitely worse and more painful.

I guess regardless of it all, I can be proud of myself for pushing through despite my pain, as I always have, once it's over. If there is one thing about me that remains true, it's that I have an indomitable spirit and determination.

I've basically gone from being able to take my medication everyday, or every other day, to abstaining all week because of the side effects. The current flare-ups I've been enduring have been So Bad without it. There's no schedule that will accommodate your disability in college unfortunately.

1. Less sleep = less rest for my body = flare-ups are more likely to occur and I feel them more because I'm just physically weaker with less rest. 2. ALL of my prescription medication makes me high or drowsy, and one increases my sensitivity to the sun.

There are those of us who will be going into Kirby or Ocarina of Time freshly, with no knowledge of the OG games, but it already seems like old timers have spoiled the big cool twists in both games all over the place for new players. 🥹

I have played and finished OoT already, but I only played the handhelds, 64, and Epic Yarn for Kirby. I've gotten majorly spoiled on a bunch of stuff by old timers just now. 😭 Normally I wouldn't care, but since new games are releasing I think it makes sense to use spoiler tags.
