Good setup! Seems like a great choice for the new soldering station! But now imma yoink these cells and reconfig for a 6s 22.2v lighting project methinks... more on that in a bit!

I love how even with all the automation tools / SPAM filtering "checking my email" has become "sifting through crap to see if anyone I care about wrote me anything important." Save me AI... 🙃

"Innit" is quite possibly one of my favorite words in Brit English. Take the contraction "Isn't" which is already a mashup of "Is" and "Not" and just jam "It" onto the end for the trifecta. Brilliant innit? 👌

Seasonal affect really seems to be hitting me hard this year for some reason. Mentally I feel ok but feeling "on" enough to want to record content has been a major struggle bus. What is that?!? What do you do to pump yourself up for it?

You know that song "Over my Head" by the Fray? Anyone else wondering what this argument he had in a cable car was? That is way too specific to just be made up. In my opinion open air trolleys are probably the last place you want to get drawn into any debate.

Go grab these builds or clone the latest KM repo to get total control over your LAN mode Bambu printers from within the slicer. It's entirely open source and doesn't use Bambu's closed binary network plugin. github.com/GridSpace/gr...

Ya know, once the frost burns off it's actually quite a nice day outside. Shame that most of the time I'm actually out there in wintertime it's a cold, dark, and frosty ice planet. 🥶 Looks great out the window around lunchtime though.

Every time I go for a run my kids love to remind me that ankle socks are super cringe. Not that I've ever been a close follower of fashion trend but this feels like a complete 180 from what I remember from back in the day. Clearly I missed a memo at some point. 😂

🎶This is the way we clean the laser, clean the laser, clean the laser, this is the way we clean the laser, late on Thanksgiving eeeeevvveeeee. 🎶

Biggest AM / 3DP Industry Opportunities: 1) Software: Advanced Slicing, Multi-Axis Algos, AI tools for CAD / Direct to machine 2) Application: What is the BUSINESS case? More $$ to be made = faster innovation 3) Materials: Unlocks new applications, see #2 ... 99) Faster, shinier, machines

I'll admit it. I may have been wrong about Bluesky. It genuinely looks like it may be poised to take a legitimate foothold when Mastodon and Threads couldn't. How well this post ages will certainly tell the tale best.

Honest question: Don't all platforms tend towards chaos and vitriol over time? Isn't this a function of any community when it reaches "critical mass?" Is it possible / desirable to moderate for kindness, decency, and respect over freedom to say whatever you want? Who will be the arbiter? 🤔
