Regardless of the charges I'm facing, I will never abandon NJ-10. That means continuing to do oversight of ICE facilities. It is our job, as your representatives, to prevent these facilities from operating in the shadows. It's not a responsibility that I take lightly.

Heartbroken to hear about the shooting in Bend. I am praying for the families, students, teachers and community members of Silver Rail Elementary. No community should have to go through this. Our children deserve better.

Trump uses DHS and DOJ as weapons to go after the people standing up to him. Raiding @ilhanmn.bsky.social home weeks before Election Day is the kind of overreach that should scare every single American. I stand with Ilhan. We will never be intimidated into silence.

I’m ok. Make no mistake: this is an attempt to target political enemies and weaponize federal law enforcement. For ten years, Trump has targeted me with baseless lies and smear campaigns. This is just the latest escalation in his campaign of political intimidation. I will not be silenced.

The charges Trump's DOJ brought against me are baseless and dangerous—not just to me, but to anyone who dares to speak out against this admin’s lies. I’m in Congress to serve my district and home. I will not be intimidated out of doing the work my constituents trusted me to do.

My statement on my decision to move forward with an en banc hearing for my case. Oversight is my job, and I will fight like hell to protect it. I will not fold to this administration.

Thank you to everyone who joined the team for Service Academy Day! It was great to welcome NJ-10 students and families, and connect them with representatives from all five U.S. service academies. We’re proud to support the next generation of leaders!

If you can't get in the door to do oversight, how are we going to get the truth about what is happening at ICE facilities like Delaney Hall? The truth is the administration wants it this way. They want us in the dark.

I’m so happy Martin Soto has been reunited with his family. His wife, Gabriela fought for this—when we visited Delaney and Elizabeth to check on Martin she was always there, fighting. As we celebrate Martin’s freedom, the fight to shut down Delaney and abolish ICE continues.

People might find it crazy that even though I’m facing 17 years in prison, I made the decision to get pregnant. But, at the end of the day, this is something I couldn’t let be consumed by this administration. I refuse to let them take my joy or my future.

Mullin can’t speak honestly about Delaney Hall if he’s never walked through its doors. People are suffering. I’ve seen it firsthand, I’ve heard from detainees. It’s brutal. So because Mullin can’t show up for his job, I made sure he heard the truth from me.

My wonderful colleagues and team threw me a baby shower last week! Their love, support, and friendship made me even more excited to welcome my baby into the world. I’m grateful to have this community by my side as I grow my family. I can’t thank them enough!

Tierra Walker was a mother, daughter, friend. She deserved a chance. Republicans denied her that. This administration’s attacks on reproductive health are putting lives at risk and stripping women of their agency every day. That is why I will keep fighting for the right to choose.
