Lore Entry 1: Retin Human spacefarer who took odd jobs to get by, mostly delivery gigs in his small one seater ship. On an unsanctioned shortcut, he stumbled across an abandoned ship. It was an undocumented research vessel. On-board, he found the crew dead and two experiment subjects. 1/2

*feels a wee bit tired at work, so I dump a fun sized pack of sour patch kids in my mouth* This is clearly the appropriate adult solution to the issue.

Credits roll on Castlevania Dracula's Curse. Had a fun time. Wasn't exactly the experience I was hoping for, but still had a really fun time and a game I would give a solid recommend. I do have thoughts/opinions, but too much to share in posts here.

So I havent been shy about mentioning how I have fallen out of ffxiv. Not for any hate, but just not having people to play it with really. MMO solo eh. But I love how Im still tied to it. Songs come back. I still resonate with some of them and they comfort me. Game I wanna love again really.

Oh, forgot to post this earlier, but credits roll on Control Resonant. Solid entry for the series that I had a lot of fun with. Very different feel from Control gameplay wise, but fit right in narratively. Strong recommend if you want a fun character action game.

As of now, enjoying Belmonts Curse, but its scratching my "modern metroidvania" itch more than my "Castlevania" itch.

Huh, really nice to see when people stand like this for something. Makes me hope more I get to play this sometime.

*innocently catching up on streams i miss when pathfinder gets mentioned* I miss my game and next session is still 2 weeks away ;_; *implodes*

Didn't manage to clear Control before Castlevania is gonna drop. Game just keeps goin, but still having fun with it, so guess I'll just have to balance both.

Felt ill the past few days. Still ugh, but doing my best. That said, sick brain did some processing and I concluded that I dont tend to share my b day with peeps cause if they dont know it, they cant forget. Yay self defense mechanisms. Anyway, in an effort to be slightly less dysfunctional Jan 18.

So, yall know I can be overly self reflective, but here we go anyway, haha. I struggle to post on socials. Ill, routinely tell myself I need to more for various reasons only to not. Why? What a handsome question you pose. I feel like Im posting wrong reason. Like, ill think up a post n pause.

"Are you doing this cause its an actual thought you have/think its interesting, or are you for attention and not be invisible to the algorithm?" Then I will tumble and turn questioning myself and hit deleted. Heck, even posting this I am getting a lil "oh, woe is you" voice in my noggin.

I just dont like feeling performative? "But you stream". Well yea but I'm not performing. Thats just how I am with people. Maybe that's why streams dont pick up. Food for later. So why post this at all? I dunno. Let the gremlins out of brain? See if anyone has sage words? Monday thoughts I guess

So, fell off the Fortunes Weave wagon. Control is partially to blame, but I think I narrowed down my qualms with the game. Still like the combat, so ill muscle through it, but streams of it might not be as frequent. Just a heads up.

I was just sitting at my desk, nommin some carrots when the urge to have tim tams hit me like a steel chair. ;_; I dont have any tho.

I should play Fortunes Weave tomorrow. Its been like a week. *plays control resonant* Fortune who? Im sorry. More Resonant please.

Credits roll on Orbitals. A really fun short and sweet experience. Can recommend to anyone looking for an enjoyable co op experience. Gorgeous art style with a solid story.

Realized I am dumb and forgot the tag. #biceptember

Thought it would be fun to participate in Biceptember this year with just something simple and short. I liked that shirt too... 🎨: @negapol.bsky.social

Thank you again to everyone who showed and to everyone who participated. RPG's were a big part of my younger life and helped shaped a lot of what I valued. They also helped me to get in a lot of reading that I wouldnt have otherwise.

As a thank you to those who participated, with their suggestion, I made a small donation to the Imagination Library and encourage anyone able to consider doing the same. Stories that allow kids to adventure and expand their view across magical worlds via stories is a precious gift.
