For the first time in a LONG time, I found an HDMI splitter that's tied with my previous favorite. And while it's not perfect, it does a bunch of things the previous wouldn't. Here's a video and all the details: retrorgb.com/8k60-4k120-h...

retrorgb.com8K60 / 4K120 HDMI Splitter - VRR & PS3/Streaming Box Compatiblehttps://youtu.be/FrTMzt4vmO0 This HDMI splitter can accept up to 8K60, supports true VRR, works with PS3/Streaming boxes and is fully compatible with MiSTer FPGA, even in direct video mode.  It's got built-in downscaling for scenarios where one output supports 4K and the other only supports 1080p

Awesome video from @mattkc.com! It's a must-watch for anyone who's interested in how game controllers work... ...and of course, anyone with a CDi, just because :) retrorgb.com/mattkcs-gene...

retrorgb.comMattKC’s Genesis & CDi Controller Overview - RetroRGBhttps://youtu.be/EC4GWLAMe4M MattKC recently posted a video that's about how he made a Genesis to CDi controller adapter...but it's actually a lot more than that. Matt goes over how these controllers work, starting with the origin of the connector, the Atari 2600. Matt's overview of how that works, how the Genesis 3-button controller adapted to it

Looks like @stoneagegamer.com now has stock of both the 6-button and 8-button versions of those awesome #Fighbox 1ms-lag arcade sticks I've been loving. Including the "fighter jet cockpit" version! Details and links to multiple sellers in the post: retrorgb.com/fightbox-r10...

retrorgb.comFightbox R10 Pro Special Artwork Edition - RetroRGBhttps://youtube.com/shorts/3MIzo7Jkd1s I recently tested and reviewed the 6-button version of the R10 Pro arcade stick from Fightbox: A pro-level arcade controller that also includes a spinner and trackball. It was lag tested at less than one millisecond average and everything worked right from one single USB cable. When I saw this new version with artwork

Looks like we found another 240p-compatible, zero-lag HDMI to YPbPr converter! Links and more details in the post: retrorgb.com/240p-480i-co...

retrorgb.com240p/480i Compatible HDMI to YPbPr Component Video Adapter - RetroRGBI just found another zero-lag, HDMI to YPbPr (component video) converter that's compatible with 240p, 480i, 480p and above. It has a standard HDMI input and the YPbPr + LR audio output cables are built-in; This is handy, but the cable surely isn't going to be as shielded as something like HD Retrovision component cables.

I finally found a power strip with individual switches that should fit many retro gaming power bricks. Check out the post for a short video, links and more info: retrorgb.com/crst-metal-p...

retrorgb.comCRST Metal Power Strip with Individual Switches - RetroRGBhttps://youtu.be/XOBfwRsX-Og I found a 6-outlet power strip, with each input having it's own power toggle, along with a main switch. It can fit most large power bricks we retro gamers use, as long as you alternate ports and there should be room for standard plugs between them as shown in the thumbnail above. It’s also

Question for NES collectors - What's the difference between these two games I saw at #RetroWorldExpo Was one an original and one a re-print? Is one more common? I don't think one is worth more than the other, I'm just a nerd and curious!
