ICE has locked away members of our community that have committed no crime without bond. At the South Texas Immigration Processing Center, I met many folks who have called America home for decades and have done nothing wrong while here—and yet they are kept in ICE prisons.

The President is threatening genocide and possible use of nuclear weapons against Iran. It’s clear the President has continued to decline and is not fit to lead. The members of his Cabinet must invoke the 25th Amendment immediately.

Trump was warned this would happen. He did it anyway. Now, over 10,000 Veterans lost their homes. 90,000 more are on track for foreclosure. On top of cutting jobs, slashing benefits and throwing our heroes into an unnecessary war. The most anti-Veteran President in history.

Two-year-old Kaleth is being locked away at the Dilley trailer prison. He is getting sicker with each passing day. He will not eat the food CoreCivc serves, which detainees have said sometimes has mold and worms. He now has a fever.

Jeff Bezos, one of the richest men on earth, is raising $100 billion to replace workers with robots around the world. The oligarchs want it all. Not going to happen. Stand up and FIGHT BACK.

“They got money for wars, but can’t feed the poor.” — Tupac said it years ago… and here we are. The Pentagon is now asking for an additional $200 BILLION for this war. We always find the money for war. But when it comes to housing, healthcare, or feeding people? Suddenly it’s crickets.

X ABC Meta Paramount These companies all settled lawsuits with Donald Trump by promising to donate as much as $63 MILLION to his presidential library. But then, Trump dissolved a library fund. So where'd the money go? I'm pressing these CEOs for answers.

BREAKING: As many as 150 U.S. troops have been wounded in the war with Iran, according to sources familiar—far higher than the Pentagon’s publicly disclosed figure of just 8 seriously wounded troops. The true toll of this war is already far worse than the public has been told. (Reuters)

While the McDonald’s CEO gets roasted for his awkward burger taste test... McDonald’s is among the top employers of workers who rely on food stamps. And McDonald's CEO recently raked in $18.2M — over 1,000x the company's median employee pay. That should leave a bad taste in your mouth.

The Republicans have unfortunately decided to turn a blind eye to Trump's actions as long as their taxes stay low. Vote!

If there was ever a time for Republicans to find their spines, it’s now, when the Commander in Chief readily admits that he is choosing to put our troops’ lives at risk without a legitimate threat to our homeland or citizens.

Today marks 14 years since 17-year-old, unarmed Trayvon Martin was shot and killed while walking home. 14 years later, we’re still demanding a country where our children can walk home in peace — without being treated like a threat.

An ICE agent shot and killed Ruben Ray Martinez, a US citizen and San Antonio resident, in March 2025. Then ICE and the Texas Department of Public Safety covered it up. He was 23 years old. I am calling for a full investigation into this shooting, including why there was an 8-month cover up.

Yet another sad reminder that there is a two-tiered justice system in America: One for the rich. Another for everyone else. If elites can be held accountable in other parts of the world, why can't they be held accountable in America?

The police and federal agents on the street are looking more like the military everyday. This is what the military is doing today, guess what kinda toys the police are going to ask for tomorrow.

Remember: no judge or jury has found these boats were trafficking drugs. We're simply taking Trump's word for it. He’s unilaterally acting as judge, jury, and executioner. This is a danger to us all. https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2026/feb/17/us-military-boats-strikes

They told him to wait. He ran anyway. Rev. Jesse Jackson expanded what was possible, built a Rainbow Coalition, and demanded justice—not permission. He made space for future leaders and movements. Courage moves the line. And the line is still moving. #CA32 #JesseJackson

If this country was truly “pro-life,” we would have Medicare for All, a Green New Deal, gun reform, universal child care, and a living wage. The right-wing agenda isn’t about “life.” It’s about control.

Justice for Keith Porter Jr., murdered by an off-duty ICE agent on New Year’s Eve in our own 32nd District. ICE is not above the law here or anywhere. We will not be silent. We will not let this be buried. Brad Sherman is doing nothing. We won’t back down until there’s accountability. #KeithPorterJr

Epstein took this photo at a 2015 dinner with Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk and emailed it to himself. Further review shows the same photo displayed on Epstein’s credenza. While much of the image on the credenza had previously been obscured, this email now makes clear what it shows.
