Sad but joyful #parkrun at #FellFoot today as we remembered one of our regulars who sadly & suddenly passed this week having defied the odds of her cancer diagnosis many times to live her life to the full. #parkrun is nothing if not a community & today that community came together to remember Katie.

Little Joe 🌈 was always happy to be a #helper. Well, more a foreman/supervisor. Little Alfie is less so; too busy planning world domination. #TerrierTuesday
