After a two-month sabbatical, Font of the Week returns! This week it’s Palatino. Designed by Herman Zapf and named after a 16th century Italian calligrapher, this font combines elegance and accessibility. It has been popular in book design and print since its 1950 release.

Font of the week is Cooper Black. Designed by Oswald Bruce Cooper and released in 1922, it soon became a popular font for advertising. It saw a revival when it was used on the covers of Pet Sounds by Beach Boys and Ziggy Stardust by David Bowie.

"This album is one of the most forward thinking, career defining albums of our century, because he shows what footwork can be for the future. I don’t think we’re ever going to get an album like it again." Sherelle on DJ Rashad - Double Cup buff.ly/r6FGrW2

Every time a woman runs for president I hear that she’s too emotional and unstable to make wartime decisions, unlike the men in charge who make really reasonable decisions like bombing kids to death, starting water wars, and poisoning the entire planet

You are up to date.
