That Narnia trailer is cool AF but also using Led Zeppelin (especially freaking Stairway) is like a big ol' cheat code.

Somehow we watched Avengers last weekend, Age of Ultron on Thursday, Civil War on Saturday, Infinity War this morning, and just got back from the Endgame Encore showing. My Marvel/MCU hype meter has been maximized!

Had an epic finale last night for our amazing Dragonlance Patron #DnD campaign. Absolutely love my players, and their PCs! Shadow of the Dragon Queen is easily a top five 5e campaign, super underrated.

Watched first 3 eps of G1 Transformers to prep my youngest for me dragging the family to the 40th anny of the '86 movie this weekend. My 6yo came home from school today and asked if she could watch more episodes.

Randomly rewatched John Carpenter's The Thing the other day. Sigh. I want to love it. Especially as a big fan of other classic 80s films. And Kurt Russell. But it just doesn't click with me.

The gross puppetry is just kind of distracting, and takes away from the much more interesting distrustful story. I also hate hate hate the violence against dogs throughout the first half. Also too many characters, and very little development for any of them.

Got to see Terminator 2 in a movie theater this weekend thanks to Fathom Entertainment. Was a bit too young when it first came out! So damn cool. Also fun taking my teenager (we watched T1 last night!). She loved it! Technically her first R-rated movie at the theater!

End of Oak Street was a lot of fun. The kind of crazy-cool idea blockbuster that would've done well in the 90s/00s, but will probably barely be a blip right now. Easily the most fun (and most terrifying!) time I've had with dinosaurs in a long time outside the JP franchise.

Watched The Bone Temple the other night, and I technically liked it better than 28 Years Later but I also kind of hated 28 years Later so, yeah, lol. Ralph Fiennes definitely carries the movie, and he's fantastic. But damn these movies really should've just been a TV series, like The Walking Dead.

Watched the new Masters of the Universe. The best part was definitely the soundtrack, which went so hard in all the best ways, great needle drops. Otherwise I thought it was just okay. Skeletor was fun.
