The new Tea app was hacked, exposing personal information including driver’s licenses. Advisory Solutions Director Alex Hamerstone spoke with WWL First News about the breach and shared tips on staying safe such as limit what you share and understand the risks. Listen now!

I really haven’t showed my post workout progress in a while. I had another 6 day deload period largely from my schedule and being a solo dad. But during that 6 day window I kept my calorie intake into deficit mode and continued maintaining my protein intake. The progress doesn’t stop.

The time change did not help my already wrecked schedule with sleep. Hoping things will change soon. In the meantime I’m going to put on a shirt that says welcome to Monday.

Wrapped up my week with some lifting. I’m in what I consider the last mile phase. I’ve burned a lot of fat. I have just a tiny bit more to lose and it’s a struggle. It will continue to take a few more months. All it takes is motivation. Be well my friends and have a wonderful weekend!

Did a 3 day deload over the weekend where I gave my body a much needed break. On Friday it felt like I was ripping my body apart. Good to be back in the gym this morning. Muscle mass is definitely increasing. I feel awesome this morning. 👌

My nutritionist still has me cutting. As of this morning I’m down to 190lbs. Don’t get distracted, detoured, or give up. Climb that hill and make that next rep your comfort zone….push yourself.

No sleeping in..hit the gym bright and early… some ask what my motivation is….its called a divorce 😎..and having zero distractions for my health and priority number one is my kids..as it should be.

One of the many things I forgot about is how good I operated at being single. I think I missed that most about myself after living in my own again. After being in a relationship for over 20 years… over time you can begin to lose parts of yourself that existed.

A lot of what I’m doing now goes largely unseen. My kids see a father that is always on top of things and attentive to their needs. My older neighbor always hears a friendly hello when walking her dog.

I’ve kept in a lot of secrets that would have damaged a lot of relationships should my emotions have gotten the best of me. This leads me to the thought of the day. Be well my friends.

Although I kept myself busy this weekend it’s been super isolating for me. I just finished up dinner this Sunday by myself. It’s been different these past few days. I look back and reflect on all the changes that occurred over the past several months. I keep wondering what’s next?

Will it always be this way? Will I find out who I am? Will I find out what I want out of life? I have my career nailed down but it’s only a percentage of my what I consider total fulfillment. I still have a lot to figure out. I have a lot to catch back up on. I still have alot to do.

I’ve collaborated with Jay in the past on some cloud hacking adventures. Kubernetes is its own animal in itself. So if you are into Kubernetes you will not want to miss this talk if you are at #shmoocon

So excited to be presenting at the last #ShmooCon with @antitree.com this morning @10am - "A Commencement into Real #Kubernetes Security!" shmoocon.org/speakers/#kube

I love the guy on the left but I cannot go back to being him. I like who I’ve become on the right. Healthy, 60 pounds less, and doing all the above to keep healthy. You all got this my friends. Just put in the work and stay consistent to get there.

Good morning happy Friday! Do some good deeds for the new year. For mine I agreed to donate my time and teach cybersecurity to seniors a few times a month. These are extremely vulnerable age groups. Too many times have I read horror stories on how seniors get scammed out of money. This must stop.
