fun game! Definitely worse than the other 2 but it’s like, high c/low b tier game vs s tier games so it makes sense id feel the quality dip

also very funny to hear constantly that the final boss is super hard and then have it be honestly a good chunk easier than x1s when I was skipping the first phase entirely with that fight lmao

i played the japanese PS1 release at least so i dealt with no lag or sprite flickering which, after playing 1 & 2 on the legacy collection which is just barebones nes emulation with input delay is such a welcome change of pace LOL

you can feel the rush in it a Lot of ways on the technical side and i get that but like, some of those stage designs whoof, they are not too great to begin with lmao

he's been at this for a while and i don't think he's gonna stop honestly

started megaman x3 just to like, get a grip since i'm gonna be starting other games and focusing on them and it's already at the "thing offscreen you won't see until it hits or kills you disguised as difficulty" type of stage design 😭

first maverick had the x1 final sigma issue of really simple pattern but if he touches you you Die...not a great sign LOL

don't think it was better than x1 but was still pretty fun! i think the final boss was something it did better at least
