Do me a favor, put your phone down and go tell your partner, kids or whoever needs to hear it that you love them. Don't wait till later. Do it now. Call them. Hug them. Life can be over in a literal heartbeat 💓.

Free app idea: It’s a timer. When you write blog posts, it adds time. When you code your blog, it subtracts time - at 2x the rate! If you’re out of time, your codebase is locked and you can’t work on it until you’ve poured more time into writing. I’d hate it & I’d be your first subscriber lol

Not every workout is this amazing success that we celebrate and share on social media. Today's task: 200/200/1000/200/200. I had two mates leading the 1000 and my only job was to run on their heals. Bailed after 400, because the legs convinced the mind. Jogged 200m and did the final 400m. #running

It stings a bit, because I should've continued and fade (if necessary at all). Alas, another learning opportunity (and funnily enough, at age 53 those opportunities are not getting any fewer).

Throwback: A Coros watch is a great offline podcast player if you close the loop with two Python scripts and a self-hosted gPodder sync server, turning a tedious manual workflow into a zero-argument, run-and-forget command.
