High tide on the river this morning. Beautiful.

New addition. My first water cooled 911. It's an entirely different car from my air cooled cars. Love it.

In Santa Barbara, CA there is an annual Christmas parade on Milpas Street. It is a wonderful community event that the entire city looks forward to and enjoys every year. If you have not seen it, the Masterpiece series Wolf Hall (Season 1) and Hall of Mirrors (Season 2) on PBS is just amazing. The story of King Henry VIII and his Lord Chancellor Thomas Cromwell. Just incredible writing and acting.

Great Blue Heron in the back yard this morning.

Finnish President Alexander Stubb's assessment of the current diplomatic situation and the way forward for Ukraine is encouraging. He says we need to "be Finnish, take a deep breath" and move forward. He is not as dire about current events as one might expect. He's a sensible and very smart guy.

November 22, 1963. That was a very bad day.

I worked on a lease deal with Harbor Freight Tools for 6 months on behalf of a client who owns a shopping center. The deal was done and only required signatures. After the election Harbor Freight cancelled the deal due to Trump's tariff threats.

Good morning Bluffton, South Carolina. Nice not to be on Twitter.
