A friendly reminder that #Java #HelloWorld looks like this since Java 24: void main() { println("Hello World"); } No, it is not "public static void main..." anymore. ๐Ÿซถ

Note: For Java 25 and onwards, you either statically import it with import static java.lang.IO.*; and use it like in the code above, or add IO.println("Hello World"); (which is a better practice!).

Vibe-coding is a fun way to prototype things. I created a PoC in minutes with #AIStudio and #BuildWithGemini. It's a great helper to see what can be done and how. A friendly reminder, just like with PoCs, it's not production ready out of the box. It still has to be reviewed. #GoogleIOConnect

It is fiiiine. Humans don't need to write books anymore, but we will put humans to review the text and pick out the works of Shakespeare (and others). Also, look how fast they are typing!! โŒจ๐Ÿ’

Einar W. Hรธst@einarwh.bsky.social

The great misunderstanding about the infinite monkey theorem is to think that weโ€™d be able to pick out the works of Shakespeare.
