A bit of ranting,over here on blue sky since it's the place where I have the less audience, specially the less audience who knows me personally My mental health had been at the lowest since a bit of time. Going to sleep it's impossible, I'm feeling crazy, I first turned off my phone two hours

Ago but I'm still fully awake thinking to the worst stuff, with no idea on how to shut off these thoughts. I tied scrolling, breathing, but nothing, the thoughts keep coming back. There are even some words or names who immediately bring me back in this loop. I'm tired tired tired

I know that nowadays it's hard to spend money, I know that many makers cost WAAAAAY to much. But trying to pay as low as possible without really looking at the quality of what you're buying, it's just lowering the standards for everyone imho
