I had a very traumatic five minutes today when I had my car’s A/C on and was still sweating like crazy. Just my necessary driving was teed up to be a living hell under this heat dome until I could set aside a half day to get it checked out. Then I realized my elbow must have bumped the A/C button.

What happened in Minnesota is a direct consequence of the violent way that Trump talks about his political opponents.

Everything that’s happened over the past six months has been a response to an imaginary crisis. There is no immigrant invasion. No trade crisis. No scientific or governance crisis. Just people completely high off their own supply trying to fundamentally reorder society. None of this had to happen.

Slightly more seriously. It's crazy how the entire supposed constitutional theory of Trump 2.0 is that all power is vested in this single individual, down to every last tiny detail and whenever you ask him he's like "I have no idea; ask the lawyers"

I recently watched a movie where a cop was murdered by a criminal and the police dept. resurrected his body for their own purposes while wiping away his identity. He learns his house is for sale and his partner has moved on. Robocop? What? I’m talking about the children’s film Dog Man, of course.

Remember, these people are the ones who call us “snowflakes,” which includes a president who apparently can’t have the words “End Racism” in his field of vision without his widdle-bitty feelings getting hurt. Also, the tacit admission that the end of racism is antithetical to Trump’s goals, hmmm…

We are in the days of shock & awful, where Trump tries to make people feel so overwhelmed by all the rapid changes & actions that they quit trying to keep up. Don't give into that. Learn about what you have the bandwidth for. Understand that these are steps being taken to break down democracy.

Had this puzzle existed when I was 15 years old, I think my heart would have exploded. Better late than never, though!
