I love Ina Garten but girl, ranch dressing does not require basil. Mash a garlic clove with 1 tsp kosher salt in a bowl. Add a cup of good mayo and the juice of a lime. Stir in about half a cup of full fat buttermilk and a handful of fresh chopped parsley. Season with s&p and chill before using.
