Outside of the embarrassment of losing to a team perilously close to playing non-league football (which would not be great), I think this would represent a kick in the ass this team feels like it could use.

Trump: "Ramaswamy put up a very powerful Ad about a mother saying that her daughter, Acton, is a liar, and much worse. The Press is trying to get him to 'take down the Ad.' Frankly, anybody whose mother spoke about daughter that way would normally lead to the daughter being precluded from serving"

Recovery tonight, gym tomorrow morning, therapy tomorrow afternoon, then beers with the pup immediately thereafter. If the next 24 hours don’t heal me, nothing will.

Over ten weeks until the winter transfer window. Arsenal better reclaim its prior set piece dominance, otherwise we are going to long for the days of the defensively dominant 1-0. That Saka injury suuuuuuuuuucks.

Three of four health insurance companies refused to even negotiate coverage with Children’s Mercy for families without employer-based healthcare. Someone wanna prison break Luigi?

As a person who has also made the difficult decision to go no contact with a parent, I would almost certainly be more likely to vote for anyone willing to stand so fiercely on principle that they excise someone from their lives.

The culture that produced this ad is the same culture that keeps publishing handwringing takes about therapists “pushing” adult children to go no contact with their parents, despite it being well established that childhood sexual abuse is common.

I have no clue what Novig is, or any desire to learn, but it has successfully made me absolutely indifferent to Sydney Sweeney’s figure, which is pretty impressive.

Between City’s persistent cheating and Arsenal constantly facing well-structured low defensive blocks, I find myself having a bit of an issue getting intensely invested in this PL campaign.

I’m always astounded by the audacity of American Christian Nationalists in pretending Christianity is not presently, has not previously, and will not continue to be used as an excuse for violence and a perpetual basis for discrimination. The history of Western religion is replete with violence.

I loved what El-Sayed said yesterday, but would have loved him to also inquire whether the questioner disavowed Christian Nationalist violence.

Everything is just so incredibly stupid. Three children and a teacher died yesterday, four more casualties of our refusal to do absolutely anything, and yet there are still people celebrating because “a good guy with a gun” stopped the shooter. WTF are we even doing here?

In many ways, The Hunger Games already exists. US politicians gleefully impose policies stripping women of their rights and forcing them to bring pregnancies to term, only to allow their children to starve as prices inflate and then be sacrificed at the altar of the 2A. Future cannon fodder.

Work is sending me to Wichita next Wednesday and I really hope they’ve sufficiently cleaned up all of the shit stains from Monday’s rally by the time I arrive.

The newest Secretary of Labor went to law school at a place called Nova Southeastern University, which is somehow not also where Buzz Lightyear went to Space Ranger Academy.

A guy from one of my client agencies insists on calling me “Richard” when even my last name clearly states that I am, in fact, only Richard’s son.

I arrived at work under false pretenses this morning, as I was promised none of my superiors would be here, and yet…they all are.

I was going to spend therapy today talking about important things, but, now, I think I’m going to have to discuss the elation I felt reading this news and how it will hopefully translate when “other” things I’ve been hoping for finally happen.

Curiosity is the saving grace of humanity. As people lose the ability to think critically, curiosity dies. The “elites” are enamored with the idea of ruling over an increasingly less intelligent populace because it affords them carte blanche to let loose their self-indulgent idiocy.

Ezra Klein asked Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang about AI making kids worse at math and reading. Huang’s reply: “Does it matter?” Then he said he doesn’t know his own address or phone number. “We’re going to lose some fine intellectual dexterity.” www.nytimes.com/2026/09/23/o...

While I appreciate this man going hard in the Teams chat for this ethics training re: the Qatari jet, I would maybe advise he avoid actively creating a written record while on the clock…
