i've been "bricking" my phone aka locking myself out of social media apps using the app "foqos" and genuinely it's changing my life and making me far happier / productive. this sounds like an ad but it's not hahahaha i just have a scrolling problem that i want to fix

I mistakenly posted something along these lines to Twitter hoping it would help people understand the vibe of my stream better and leave if they don’t agree but instead I caused a whole controversy somehow. Never again.
