What an honor to attend Troop 112's Court of Honor for EIGHT new Eagle Scouts! We are so pleased to recognize the dedication and service of our young people, and the contributions of their families and scout leaders, to making a difference in our community and the wider world.

Why is Trump's DOJ refusing to release ALL of the Epstein files or prosecute the abusers identified in those files? Is it because the files keep implicating Trump? We need a special prosecutor to get to the truth.

Trump is gutting the Clear Air Act and poisoning our air by "prioritizing the economic interests of corporations and easing costs for polluting industries." Congress needs to end this administration's pay-to-play corruption.

nytimes.comHow Trump Gave the Worst Polluters a Free PassThe president temporarily waived clean-air rules for industrial facilities that spew cancer-causing gases. Then his appointees worked to gut the regulations altogether.

As mergers and corporate takeovers have consolidated power in the meat and poultry industry, consumers and producers have paid the price. That’s why I introduced the Packers and Stockyards Improvements Act to lower costs for consumers and strengthen protections for our ranchers and farmers.

🚨JUMP SCARE WARNING🚨 Walking down the candy aisle this Halloween is scary - the cost of candy has gone up by 15.3% since last year! Trump promised to lower costs, but higher prices resulting from his tariff wars and war in Iran are frightening.

We had our October Congressional Youth Cabinet meeting this week! Thank you to Flora Cardoni of PennEnvironment for joining us to discuss that organization's critical work, including the ongoing conversation around regulation of data centers.

As a member of the Federal Workforce Caucus, I was pleased to meet with AFGE Local 3631 members for a productive discussion about the challenges for federal workers in the wake of the Trump administration’s cancellation of their union contracts, and re-emerging threats to environmental protection.

I'm proud to continue leading congressional efforts to secure strong funding for the CH-47F Block II program and end the uncertainty threatening the future of the Ridley Park facility — but the administration’s repeated attempts to cut the program are simply unsustainable.

We had the chance to discuss the funding we’ve secured for economic development at PhilaPort and the Philadelphia Shipyard, the ongoing challenges facing the Chinook program in Ridley Park under the current administration, and the robust security measures that protect our elections in Pennsylvania.

I'm so excited to see PHS’ successful vacant land project expanding to Chester, with support from Chester Mayor Stefan Roots, Delco DA Tanner Rouse, and community project funding secured by my office.

Your vote is your voice, and our democratic process only works if you participate. Every American should be able to exercise their right to vote without intimidation, and state and local election officials should be able to run elections without federal interference.

Yesterday, I hosted a voting rights town hall at Villanova University. My team and I had the opportunity to hear directly from constituents and discuss a range of questions about voting rights as we approach the upcoming midterm elections.

When the Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act of 2026 came before the Rules Committee, I offered Rep. Meeks’s amendment to block President Trump from waiving Russian sanctions. My Republican colleagues voted against it.

Big thank you to Rich Lazer and the PhilaPort team for giving me a tour of projects and facilities along the Delaware River — from Tioga Terminal down to the new Cruise Terminal. Great to see so much progress happening already under his leadership as Executive Director!

The bridge is a critical connector between Ridley Park’s southern business district and the northern municipal facilities, and it's been a real hardship for the local community and small businesses while it's been closed due to serious structural failures.

In recent weeks, I've heard from so many constituents that their home heating bills have skyrocketed this fall. Seniors and those on fixed incomes are particularly scared that they won't be able to afford heat this winter.

The wetlands restoration project is already a haven for birdwatching, and the new playgrounds, picnic areas, and playing fields are creating public spaces where friends and families from across our region can gather and spend time together.

Proud to stand with Governor Shapiro to announce over $800 million in federal, state, and private funding for a transformational expansion of PhilaPort, including $200 million in federal funding secured by our Philadelphia Congressional delegation to build two new berths!

My constituent service team works hard to resolve the issues PA-05's veterans and active-duty service members are having with federal agencies. We were able to help a constituent get mental health appointments closer to their college campus.
