Just wanted to share a very negative experience with paypal. They are absolutely incompetent, and in the era of virtual cards for online purchases, useless. Now unrestricted immigration is not unregulated immigration. I think of it as catch, tag and release. Everyone entering should be registered at the border, face, prints, and DNA, given temp (5yr) documentation, and set loose to pursue life, liberty and happiness.
