There is an international, well-connected network of fascists promoting far-right candidates in elections (and coups) across the world. The guy who owns the site Yglesias posted this on is one of their leaders. Be careful of people advocating for their opponents to disarm!

I just think Matt's wrong about this. We're at a point in our technological development where a ton of problems spill over national borders--if Flavio Bolsonaro burns down the Amazon, that will flood houses in Miami.

I think that people need to understand that the stephen miller types are targeting people like this exactly because it means shutting down his food pantry

Does it make sense to deport a man who overstayed a visa but otherwise has no criminal record when his deportation means shutting down a food pantry that serves meals to 7,000-8,000 needy people a month? Does choosing not to exercise discretion in his case make America greater?

i think we should put dailey and geriner on the field at the same time for every play, just see what happpens

Miami has elevated to No. 1 in this week’s AP Poll. This means Pitt will be taking on the AP No. 1 team for the first time since November 21, 2002. No. 17 Pitt lost to the top-ranked Hurricanes 28-21 at the Orange Bowl on a Thursday night. Pitt’s is 0-12-1 all-time vs. the AP No. 1 team

yeah fuck it we're back baby

After this, Dailey backed up and made a few throws from the 40 - hitting the end zone from about 60+ yards.

do think there's a danger of looking at extremely cool shit like a car driving upside down then doing a kickflip before landing, and convincing yourself it's actually lame because the guy funding it is a white supremacist

america, baby

Comcast NBCUniversal, the parent company of NBC News, gave Trump $7.5 million for his ballroom project. Amazon, whose founder Jeff Bezos also owns the Washington Post, donated $5 million. www.washingtonpost.com/investigatio...

a high ranking official (probably miller, blanche, or vance) is openly admitting this is a fishing expedition in national news. they just can't help themselves

BREAKING: Justice Department issues subpoenas in investigation into progressive Rep. Ilhan Omar’s immigration status, including to members of her family.

i mean sure but that's who is on the field and you have to adjust your playcalling

Forget about any decisions that were made or not made. Geriner’s inability to execute some pretty basic throws is why Pitt is going to lose. Not being harsh, just telling it like it is. They win in a rout with Heintschel.

he openly says it! literally every chance he gets! it drives me insane

Impossible to understand how anyone could look at Rufo's career and conclude he was someone engaged in a "forthright defense of meritocracy." Rufo's entire career is built on the idea of purging people who don't think or look like him from positions of power.

money holden is going to take us to the promised land you for, king

Pitt QB Mason Heintschel is set to miss the rest of the season with a torn ACL, per multiple reports.
