My opinion on marketing departments is coloured by experience, but occasionally someone in marketing does something so brilliant it kind of redeems the profession.

When judging screenshots as to whether I'm interested in a game my "brown M&Ms" is UI or dialogue text size & readability. If the text size is tiny and obviously created for massive PC screens you sit 1 foot away from I know the dev hasn't thought through other QoL issues either and I'm 100% out.
