@gamedevlist.bsky.social I am devloper 😁

Is boblitude not a common variable name in gamedev? What do you call it when you need to set the amplitude of a thing that bobs up and down to a sine wave? Boblitude is the only right answer.

I just set up a new PC for the first time in ~7 years. I used the new winget package manager built into windows to install all my software and it blows my mind. It had 100% of the software that I use available, and has an upgrade function that will let me update everything with a single command 🤯🤯

Does anyone know if there is anything similar to The Arcade in Melbourne at the moment? I'm looking for a co-working space where I can go and do #gamedev around other game developers a few days a month.

Now prototyping Verdant Ventures, a game about extracting gold from flowers in the most relaxing possible way. #gamedev

@pauljamesgames.bsky.social Did you only do one Gamer School episode? I thoroughly enjoyed the Seiken Densetsu one you did in 2019.

I quit my stable full time job yesterday to work on games full time for the next two years. Wish me luck! Feeling 😁🥳😬😬 about it. #gamedev
