Sticking with my DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) diet for once and even while on my period I see a difference in my waistline. Lesssgooo It helped greatly that I got off my SSRI bc that was making me gain weight like crazy. Raised my blood pressure too. 😩

Everytime I get back on social media idk wtf anyone is talking about and get right back off. Like it becomes so weird when you’re not chronically online. Everyone’s talking about very specific things to their worlds and without context which you have to dig to find, it’s clear this is all just 1/2

Had to get off social media bc my nerves were fried and I was slipping into psychosis. Tentatively back I think? Been writing a hell of a lot and keeping my head down, focusing on myself and my loved ones.
