I don't like it when ppl think that they could "fix a show" so easily. realistically, you'd fix certain issues but then create other issues due to your own writing style/weaknesses. esp if you've never written multiple arcs/eps for television before. I just like spreading chaos w these ideas

the biggest circle moment for me would be if I ever did a Death Note fansong!! I was rlly active in that fandom around 2015-2017 and even had an online friend back then who did fansongs for it. I admired her a lot!! Don't know what she's up to now, though.

That was like 10 yrs ago and now I finally know a bunch of the stuff she already knew back then 🥹💖 If I did a song, I think it'd be based on a character or plotline that hasn't had much time to shine in the musical yet. Or that was cut out entirely. Many candidates for that.

The question is whether I'd go more w the nerdcore route and do a song that is simply abt a character or two OR if I tried to turn an actual scene from the anime/manga into a number. Either way I have enough other stuff planned rn but someday it'd be fun!

Sam saying that it'll take him (and I assume Andrew too) YEARS till they can listen to Hellaverse fansongs is actually good news to me. Gives me some time to lock in and improve my game 😈 especially when it comes to mixing/mastering and ear candy re vocals.

I'd say my songwriting is already p good! Yeah, I guess my lyrics game could improve? But with my lyrics, the QUALITY isn't usually my issue, but instead how long it takes me to write them. Either way. Yeah. Gonna make some cool Hellaverse fansongs in the next few years!

these ones can be ok on their own but sus when combined - rhythm and melody of vocals sound "awkward" and unnatural at times - voice sounds "too polished" and does a bunch of riffs - the type of instruments used, melodies and chord progressions sound like already popular songs
