new #MTG B&R is in, and holy wow. It'll be interesting to see how Landfall/Prowess decks adapt without their big pieces. Lessons in contrast might be done for, but it's already one of like four Izzet decks so it won't be missed.

2027 might just be my favorite year of Magic in a while, the UW sets are absolutely STACKED.

this being the only legendary instant WotC ever printed is so funny to me. it's not even that the card is kinda bad. it's just the novelty of them only doing one. Dominaria gave us six legendary sorceries, but instants? you get murder + exile from hand, bc Sauron lost a finger. flavorful, at least.
