hi i'm seldum_scene, half-dragon halfwit. i'm usually tweeting about old cars, the games i'm currently playing, or general nerdy nonsense. i don't really have anything to promote other than my magnetic personality πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘‰πŸ”₯ follow me for Doom, Gran Turismo, Mortal Kombat, furry appreciation, etc.

last night i dreamed i was designing a new hole for a golf course. it was a complex journey to the green consisting of obstacle courses, loops, jumps, waterslides, and an entire forest in front of the green. it was a Par 8, the first of its kind. 😌

it’s #RandomGameSaturday so let’s check out GUNSHIP on PS1, a cool helicopter sim from Micro Prose. comes complete with a ridiculously thick manual and plenty of in-depth flight mechanics. an impressive game, but i can’t get the hang of it at all. i keep getting hounded by long range missiles πŸ˜†

What's the weirdest reason a game made you want to play it? I really want to play Arx Fatalis just because of the food in that game.

playing Bleed 2 again just to confirm that it’s one of the greatest games of all time. a masterclass of fun game design that keeps you moving and encourages you to utilize your tools. the parry is fun, the dash is fun, bullet time is fun, and the campaign is quick and endlessly replayable.

yayyy, i finished Quake! i’ve only done that once before, so i had to relearn a lot of the levels and secrets. it’s cool seeing them play around with the 3D engine with lots of jumping, swimming, and verticality. a blast to play even 30 years later.
