I had been feeling MESSED UP lately and then I realized I’ve been taking ibuprofen instead of my ADHD meds, which makes sense because they look really similar, but for some reason my brain didn’t tell the difference and just let me be tired as fuck for like two weeks whoops lmao

I guess what I wanna say is if you are a small creator and you keep being informed and vocal you are already doing so much more than most other people. do not shoot yourself in your own foot by trying to cut everything off, it won't be possible and we have to stay alive somehow to make art 🧡
